Food Manager Book

ServSafe Book: It covers critical principles including: personal hygiene, cross contamination, time and temperature, receiving and storage, food safety management systems, training hourly employees, and more. Meets all requirements: ServSafe classroom training is accepted in all 50 states for regulatory requirements up to 16 hours.

In-Person Training

Instructor/Proctor sessions are a combination of in class instruction and testing within an 8 hour period.  This course is designed for new licensing or individuals who are re-certifying or have a suggested minimum 3 years of management experience. Those looking to just take the exam can choose from the 2 proctoring options: online or in person proctoring. All sales are final, NO REFUNDS. 

Certification

A Completion of Illinois Food Manager Certificate upon the completion of the course curriculum and passing the final Exam.

Class Dates

All classes begin at 8:30 am and end at 5:00 pm on test dates.
