Owning a flourishing restaurant has been a dream of Chef Franklin. It started as a High School teenager who was asked by her business instructor, “What type of business would you like to own”? She said, "A hotdog stand." Not knowing her Culinary and restaurant business dream would follow throughout her life. 

Envisioning her Chef's dream career originated when she saw an advertisement to attend Culinary school and the rest is history. Chef Franklin graduated Culinary Arts AAS program accredited by the Commission of the American Culinary Federation at Illinois Institute of Art Chicago in 2010. 

After graduating Chef Franklin began Catering, working as a Private Chef, and teaching Culinary Arts in several Chicagoland High Schools. Chef Franklin is a creative and colorful Chef, she prides herself on providing food that is healthy and full of flavor.
